Our owner/managing director, Richard Gresek. Coming from the technology sector, he promotes a technical approach to all projects. As a team, we find optimal technical solutions for each of our customers that function securely in both implementation and application.
Our employees. You know, real people (along with our owner) that stop by your desk for a non-virtual talk. We work together in teams that inspire and complement each other – and with a hierarchy that enables collaboration amongst everyone. With us, everyone takes responsibility for their task(s) and has direct customer contact, so they feel connected to their customers.

As a company with flat hierarchies, constantly awarding new "titles/positions" is just not our modus operandi ;-). Anyone can contribute their skills, regardless of job title.
