Our orientation team consists of 5 - 6 employees, who will introduce you to Plus.line step by step, taking turns from the very beginning. During the first few days, you will work in a laboratory environment accompanied by your contact persons.
After the first 2 - 3 weeks, the orientation team will introduce you to new contacts, and you'll gradually become familiar with the entire Plus.line team.
After that, you’ll be assigned a permanent contact person who will introduce you to customers who need support.
Onboarding in times of Coronavirus.
Safety and health protection for our entire team is also a high priority for us when it comes to working in times of the Corona pandemic.
Most of our employees currently work in their home office, as we want to ensure the best possible protection for our team.
Even during these times, 1 - 2 members of our orientation team are available daily at our premises to provide efficient onboarding.
Orientation takes place on-site for approx. 2 months at Plus.line in Frankfurt.
Of course, exceptions can be agreed upon in advance, e.g. home office days.
