Guidelines for applications - please included in your application.
Would you like to apply for one of the advertised positions, an apprenticeship, internship or dual studies programme? Excellent! We've put together a few tips on what to include with your application:
Ideally, you should send your application via e-mail to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Include a letter of interest/letter of motivation with your curriculum vitae, as we would like to know why you think the position suits you and why you're a good fit for us.
College students are kindly asked to enclose a certificate of enrolment and a copy of your grades with your application.
A sensibly structured curriculum vitae is clear and easy for us to understand. In addition to school education, training and the stages of your professional career, please describe your tasks, your areas of responsibility and/or project history. For technical applications, it is important to include a list of your IT skills (e.g. experience with operating systems, applications, programming languages, databases, etc.) and the respective proficiency.
Your application should include the following:
- School and training diplomas
- Job references
Application process – how it works.
To maximise efficiencies in the application process and enable timely decision making, the application process involves a maximum of 4 stages. During the process, we want to get to know each other well - and find out whether we're a good fit both professionally and personally.
Upon receiving your documents, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail within 2 days. We will check your documents thoroughly. This may take a few days. We will also let you know if we require additional documentation for you to submit.
Your documents have made a good impression. We will arrange a meeting at our premises or via video conference. This interview lasts about 60 - 90 minutes and you will personally get to know your future supervisor as well as our CEO Richard Gresek. Please have your documents on hand to answer any questions that arise. Naturally, we will be just as happy to answer your questions during this interview.
Step 3 (optional):
To provide you with a closer insight into your future working day and give you the opportunity to get to know your team colleagues for the first time, we may offer you a introductory day on our premises.
Should we decide in favour of each other, we will prepare a contract offer for you. You will receive this in advance via e-mail and then by post.
